Congratulations to BPN’s 2017 “Professional Scholar” Award Recipients

The Black Professionals’ Network of Jonesboro held its 2017 Scholarship Presentation at the Delta Economic Center in Jonesboro on the evening of May 18, 2017. The 2017 scholarship recipients are London Winford and Blake Moore.

Ms. Winford and Mr. Moore are both 2017 graduates of Nettleton High School.
Ms. Winford will be attending the University of Arkansas and Mr. Moore will be attending Arkansas State University in the fall. Recipients were each awarded a $500.00 scholarship to assist in their educational goals.
BPN would like to thank all those who have supported and continue to support our scholarship fundraisers and the network itself.
We would also like to thank 2016 BPNJ Scholarship recipient, Zhedrick Jackson, for his “pep talk” to the graduates and attendees.
Lastly, thanks to Mallory Hill and Denishio Blanchett for co-chairing this committee.
We congratulate these two graduates and wish them much success as they pave their futures.
